Chef Robert Condron has extensive experience cooking for some of the most discerning guests on private yachts in the world. Robert finds inspiration in every port of call and looks for the freshest local ingredients to enhance your dining experience.

Prior to becoming a yacht chef, Robert was a successful chef in Montreal where he trained under some of the best chefs after attending culinary school. He also owned and operated a Mediterranean concept restaurant in the Caribbean where he was recognized by Fodor’s as the best restaurant in the Yucatan Peninsula.

Robert is a highly skilled chef with over 25 years of professional and restaurant experience. He is highly personable and accessible at all stages of a charter. He looks forward to developing menus specifically with your preferences to help make your stay onboard a memorable one.

Chef Rachel Aguiar has spent the last ten years fine-tuning her culinary skills in the various regions visited within the luxury yachting industry.  She knows the importance of using the best of local ingredients to create a high-end product for each client.  Chef Rachel works with an array of international cuisines, and her passion for travel makes it possible to continually add new dishes to her culinary repertoire.
