Chef Robert Condron has extensive experience cooking on private yachts for some of the most discerning guests in the world. Robert finds inspiration in every port of call and looks for the freshest local ingredients to enhance your dining experience.

Prior to becoming a yacht chef, Robert was a successful chef in Montreal where he trained under some of the best chefs after attending culinary school. He also owned and operated a Mediterranean concept restaurant in the Caribbean where he was recognized by Fodor’s as the best restaurant in the Yucatan Peninsula.

Robert is a highly skilled chef with over 25 years of professional and restaurant experience. He is highly personable and accessible at all stages of a charter. He looks forward to developing menus specifically with your preferences to help make your stay onboard a memorable one.
